This is a list of current heads of state and government of the Ibero-American countries, including Portugal, Andorra and Spain in Europe and all the Spanish and Portuguese-speaking countries in Latin America.
These countries are integrated to the Iberoamerican Summit and to the Organization of Ibero-American States.
